This is what your recruits will see if they fail their UnitedHealthcare background check. This does not apply to you unless it shows up on your “My Account” page.
UnitedHealthcare Failed Background Check
We have received a notice from UnitedHealthcare stating that your background check has failed. UnitedHealthcare has mailed a letter to you directly which you will receive within the next few days. You can appeal by submitting support documentation for the area or areas for review. You can also obtain a copy of the background report by calling Business Information Group (BIG) and requesting a copy in order to see the area(s) that need to be addressed.
