Kaiser contracting is closed from July 1 to August 5th. Contracting requests will be held and links will be sent out August 6th.

Kaiser offers 5-Star Medicare Advantage plans.

Available in Colorado, Georgia, Oregon, southern Washington (does not include Seattle)

Scan/Attach and Submit the completed/signed documents using the link below.

Step 4
The Integrity Contracting Team will submit your licensing information to Kaiser Permanente in your behalf. Kaiser will verify the information and issue the appointment.

Step 5
You will need to take additional Kaiser-specific trainings:

• Annual KP Product & Value Proposition Training in Miramar system

• You will be provided with the KP registration code to complete the Miramar training, along with a user guide and FAQ sheet.

  • Training occurs annually based on benefit year.

Step 6
After completing the Kaiser training you will be given access to quote and sell the Kaiser MA via Sunfire (MedLink) in MedicareCENTER. Please note, Kaiser quoting will be available in Connecture (MedApp). However, enrollments must be submitted via Sunfire (MedLink) as Kaiser enrollments are not allowed via Connecture (MedApp).
