Before You Begin
Errors & Omissions Insurance
- If you don’t have E & O Insurance you can purchase a policy through NAPA or another broker/agent of your choice. Minimum coverage requirement is $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 annual aggregate.
Voided Check
- Be prepared to upload a copy of a voided check or the equivalent. If you don’t have a copy of a Voided Check you can get a Direct Deposit letter from your bank. This is needed to receive commissions directly from the carriers (For GTL, the name on your check must match the name on your license exactly).
Anti-Money Laundering
- AML is required by most insurance carriers if you are selling their Life Insurance products. We recommend you complete your AML certification through WebCE with a special discount for Kellogg agents. Some carriers only accept WebCE AML.
Adding Non-Resident States
- Please read all instructions on the form before submitting.
Devoted

- Login to your Devoted portal
- You may need to confirm that you are under Kellogg Insurance
- Log in to your Agent Portal account.
In the top right corner, click on your account/profile. - Go to the “Ready to Sell Overview” section.
Click on “Update States.” - Select or remove states as needed.
Choose the states you are currently licensed to sell in. Once you’ve made your updates, click “Save.”
Important: Agents are only permitted to market and sell in states where they are both licensed and have selected the state in their Devoted Health profile.
Wellcare

*FFM (Federal Facilitated Marketplace) training must be completed prior to requesting ACA contracts.
To certify with FFM, you’ll need to register for a broker portal on CMS.Gov and complete the FFM training. If you complete the training through the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) it will be free of charge. You can access the MLMS system via your CMS broker portal.
- Individual Marketplace Training
Required by CMS if you want to sell products through the The course covers key aspects of the Federal Marketplace, including operations and structure, CMS guidelines, marketing, the enrollment process, and more. - Individual Marketplace Training for Returning Agents and Brokers
If you passed your required Individual Marketplace Training for plan year 2022 and wish to update your training to sell through the Marketplace for plan year 2023, this quick option may be the right choice for you.*
Don’t Forget
- Agents and brokers must complete their FFM registration annually.
- To sell products through the Marketplace, agents and brokers must complete all steps within the annual FFM registration process. This includes enrolling through the CMS portal, completing training, and signing the required Agreements(s) with CMS.
- AHIP has been approved by CMS to develop and host FFM Training for FFM agents and brokers for plan year 2023.

This is a SERVICE, not an insurance product. To be able to offer this service the agent must be contracted and appointed with at least one of the following carriers:
