AgentCore

AgentCore is Kellogg’s web-based CRM tool that allows agents to efficiently and easily track their leads and clients. With this tool agents can set up drip campaigns, create landing pages, do a screenshare with leads or clients, get an SOA signed and saved to the prospect’s profile, have leads funneled directly from the lead vendor into their account, and so much more.

  • A robust Note section w/ date, time, and person stamp – Notes can be quickly added to a person’s profile at the end of each interaction

Purchase your own designated phone number inside of AgentCore to use for text messaging through the system, as well as phone calls. Having your own designated phone number allows for greater deliverability, and reduces the instances of your number being marked as spam by phone carriers. *Important Information About Sending Emails

To send emails to your clients from Agent Core, please first update your SMTP Settings in your Agent Core account. To do so, click on Account, in the top right corner of Agent Core. Then click on My Information > Email. On this page, select the box that says “Send E-mail using Your Custom SMTP Server.”

Steps / Important Info About Scheduling:
  • Set your availability in your Agent Core calendar (instructional video below)
  • Make sure any imported leads have the lead card attached (directly funneled leads will already have the lead card attached)
  • Move your leads to your call queue (instructional video below) – If you do not have a call queue or need a new one created, reach out to Andrea.
  • If you are not already on our schedulers’ call list, reach out to Andrea to be added
  • As appointments are set, check your Agent Core account for additional notes and information to better prepare you for your appointments
  • Once your appointment is complete, return to Agent Core to update your lead (or convert it to a client) to better keep track of your people
